Hey friend! Welcome! If we’ve never met before, my name is Damon Manley! I am the founder of Winning with ADHD, where I serve as an ADHD coach and content creator. Like many of you, I was diagnosed with inattentive-type ADHD later in life, in the midst of a severe burnout. I understand the rollercoaster ride that living with ADHD can be! I will be sharing more of my journey with you here, and hope to have the opportunity to hear a bit of yours as well.

Getting started is hard with ADHD…

…as I’m sure you know. I was supposed to launch this newsletter in October of 2022. I even bought a course on starting an email newsletter and purchased a year-long membership to an email platform (SPOILER: it’s not this one). Sure, writing was something I was good at in school, when it was the night before a deadline and I could throw enough facts and theory together to pass, but sharing my own knowledge, stories and experiences on the internet with thousands of people? That feels very uncomfortable and scary, so I avoided it. UNTIL NOW!

Why this, why now?

I wanted to start a newsletter for a several reasons:

• I want to help as many ADHDers as possible learn tools and strategies to win with their brains.

• I want you to know that you’re not alone.

• I love learning new things. As of right now, I am only creating content for Instagram. This is something new and exciting for me!

So why now? Well, to keep it real and simple…because the “iron is hot.” With the help of my ADHD colleagues, I finally started to feel like I have enough support and urgency to start this newsletter before becoming a father in less than 2 weeks (HUH?! #timeblindness).

What can you expect?

To start, you can expect at least 1 email a month. I will definitely write more if I feel the motivation to do so! I hope to build this up to a weekly newsletter, but I am being careful not to overcommit.

Each post, I will share stories, thoughts and strategies to help you win with your ADHD.

I will try to keep it a quick and easy read so it’s ADHD-friendly, but you can expect the occasional overshare.

There is a free and a paid subscription. The monthly newsletter will always be free, but there will be an option to become a paid subscriber as well.

As a thank you for your support, here are some of the things I will periodically provide exclusive and behind-the-scenes content, such as: Q&As, downloadable resources, video trainings, community chats.
